Combats the signs of aging, clears spots and blemishes, enlivens pale skin and decongests pores. Non irritating, Non Greasy feel. Water soluble, without any oily residue. ENRICHED WITH: Organic Moringa, Hemp Seed Oil, Borage, Calendula, Evening Primrose, Sweet Almond, Safflower Oil, Rose Grapefruit essential Oil. Naturally rich in omegas 3, 6 & 9, essential fatty acids, & vitamins E, C & A.
Suitable for: for most skin types including combination, acne prone but particularly dry and lackluster skin, as a deep pore cleansing treatment.
The ritual: Place a quarter sized amount of cleansing oil in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to warm the oil before gently massage it into a dry unwashed face and neck. Soak a clean washcloth in water that is as hot as you can stand to touch. Ring it out and carefully place the washcloth over your face, gently pressing it into your skin allowing the heat to open your pores. Once cool, rinse the washcloth and repeat 1-2 more times. Rinse the washcloth once more and gently wipe away any remaining oil to reveal radiant skin. Follow with face tonic and finish with your favorite face elixir or moisturizer. *Optional – Leave cleansing melt on for 10 minutes or so and/or hold a warm cloth over your face for a count of 15 – 30 seconds while the treatment is still on. This is to “melt” the oils a little more, dissolving the toxins, and helping you relax.

*What will happen next: If you are using a commercial brand chemical cleanser, you should expect a bit of a transition period. The skin has to get used to not having to work as hard to produce natural good oils. Every person will experience this differently but typically breakouts are not common. It is very important to not to use any chemical filled products when switching to the oil cleansing method as it will throw the skin off balance and may cause breakouts and a longer transition. Your skin should achieve its natural beauty and be at its perfect balance by about 2-4 weeks. Oil cleansing method seems odd at first. It seems really counter intuitive to use oil to clean our face. Most of us feel the need to wash our face before bed because we feel really greasy, but Oil dissolves Oil. The oil cleansing method is such a simple idea. Use oil to get rid of the excess oil. It’s about balancing your skin.

This is by far my favorite face cleanser! There is nothing that this cleanser does not take off, from foundation to hardcore mascara. It does not lather, it is an oil cleanser and rinses off clean.
